This painting depicts the beautiful, toxic Queen Ann's Lace, or Daucus Carota.  Otherwise referred to as a wild carrot.  I specifically wanted to make them feel larger than life...like royalty.  Using layers of focus and blur, I force the attention directly on the Queen herself.
